Take one capsule daily with a glass of water, preferably with a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. If you miss a day, simply continue the following day - do not double up.

You pay by cash or card directly to the courier when your parcel arrives at your door. No online payment, no prepayment, and no card details are required when placing your order.

After you submit the order form, our support team will call you during business hours (Mon-Fri, 9:00-17:00 NZST) to confirm your order and answer any questions. Your order is not dispatched until you confirm it by phone.

Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days of phone confirmation. Most addresses in New Zealand receive delivery within 2-5 business days. Rural addresses may take slightly longer. See our Delivery page for full details.

Yes. You may return an unopened product within 14 days of receipt. For hygiene and food safety reasons, opened capsule products cannot be accepted for return unless they are defective. Contact us by email to arrange a return.

Yes, free of charge, any time before the parcel is dispatched. Simply let the operator know when they call for confirmation, or contact us by email. You may also decline the parcel on delivery - the order is then cancelled automatically with no charge.
