2. Ordering & Sale Conditions

Placing an order: To order, you submit your name and phone number via the order form. This constitutes an expression of interest, not a binding contract.

Confirmation: A binding sales contract is formed when our representative confirms your order by telephone. No payment is required prior to confirmation or dispatch.

Price and currency: All prices are displayed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) inclusive of GST where applicable. Current price: $69.99 NZD per pack of 90 capsules.

Payment: Payment is made exclusively on delivery (cash on delivery). You pay by cash, Eftpos, or Visa/Mastercard directly to the courier when your parcel arrives. No online payment is processed.

Cancellation before dispatch: You may cancel your order free of charge at any time before dispatch by informing the operator during the confirmation call, or by contacting us by email.

Declining on delivery: You may decline to accept the parcel on delivery. In this case the order is automatically cancelled at no cost to you.
